We want you to be happy with your purchase. All unused and unworn items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any exchanges (unless you have received the incorrect size). You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive any item of your choice. Please find our returns & exchange policy here.
Delays can occur during a high-volume sale period. We are working hard to make sure that you receive your order as soon as possible and we appreciate your patience. Note. Our Team are doing everything to protect the well-being and safety of our community as coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to impact the world. As such, you may experience a longer delay in order processing before your package ships out, we really appreciate your patience and apologise for any extended wait time.
